Delivery Model: Partnership engagement with a local Architecture & Design (A&D) firm to integrate ESG elements into planning, design, and stakeholder reporting for a open tender request from a Hong Kong exchanged mainboard listed enterprise.

Client/Development Context
The project involves converting an existing facility into a phased youth hostel development with significant accommodation capacity and community-oriented spaces. The vision emphasizes youth development, cultural programming, and place-making, requiring ESG to be embedded in both design intent and operational readiness.

EcoVision Role and Services:

1. ESG Brief and Materiality Alignment
EcoVision worked with the A&D partner to translate project objectives into a practical ESG brief, setting priority topics across energy, water, waste, indoor environmental quality, accessibility, , integrated with new cutting edge green technologies, community impact, and governance.
